As we made our way back from Burg Eltz, we stopped in Cochem. This town has a very cute castle up on a hill, surrounded by grape vinyards ... but, best of all... it has great Spaghetti Eise!! Spaghetti Eise is a squirt of whip cream, covered by ice cream that has been through an extruder to look like spaghetti noodles, then strawberry sauce and sprinkled with grated white chocolate ... YUMMY!!
