Devin surprised me by saying that he would go to Prom -- he hasn't been too hip on school dances. He had stepped in at the last minute (literally!) at Sweethearts when his friend, Sarah, had a friend whose date cancelled the night of the dance. Sarah called Devin to see if he could go, he had been home about 2 minutes. He changed and went over, and apparently had a good time with the group!
Devin decided he would ask Sarah to Prom. (they are good friends & have fun hanging out) So, Devin asked his uncles & aunts for ideas to ask a date to Prom (it's a Utah dance thing - gotta come up with a creative way to ask your date). He asked me if he should call Sarah's mom if she had a date. I told him that was a good idea, but what would he do if she already had a date? "I'll just ask Sarah which one of her friends doesn't have a date yet." (he has gone to football games and hung out with Sarah and her friends throughout the year)
We went to the store and got a plant and a watering can, and came up with this:

Prom is March 18.
They have a group that they are going with and should have a great time!
